Sometimes there’s something different about setting aside time to step out of your usual routines and experience this work alongside other women.
My live experiences include online and in-person workshops, retreats and collaborations that create space to slow down, connect with yourself and explore something together.
No two experiences are exactly the same. Depending on what we’re exploring, we might use conversation, reflection, breathwork, meditation, movement, time outdoors or something entirely unexpected.
You don’t have to show up any particular way. Come as you are. We'll start there.

The focus and format might change, but there are a few things you can expect whenever I create or lead a live experience.
You don’t need to prepare, have the right words or be in a particular headspace. We start with who is actually there and what is happening in the room.
I want you to have opportunities to experience the work, not only understand it. That might mean breathwork, meditation, reflection, movement, conversation or another way of noticing what is happening for you.
I might offer questions, practices or a different way of looking at something, but I’m not there to tell you what you should think, feel or discover. What you take from the experience is yours.
Here’s what’s coming up. Join me online or in person for an experience that gives you space to step out of your usual routines and into something a little different.
ONLINE · FREE CLASS
We find it so hard to say we’re not okay. We tell ourselves we should be fine, that we should be grateful, that other people have it worse. So we keep going.
I’m speaking at the Embodied Woman Summit, a free online summit running November 9 to 15. In my session, we’ll talk about why we push ourselves to be fine, and what can change when we’re able to say we’re not.

IN PERSON · OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE
Sometimes you need to get out of your usual environment to notice what you’ve been carrying.
Let Go & Let In is an intimate outdoor experience I’m co-hosting with Jodie Heffren at Rooted Woodland in The Blue Mountains. Through breathwork, movement, reflection, fire, sauna, cold plunge and time together outdoors, we’ll explore what you’re ready to let go of and what you want to make more room for.
It’s a day to step away from everything you usually have to do and give some of that attention back to yourself.
Spring 2027. Date TBD.
New workshops, gatherings and other live experiences happen throughout the year. Join my email list and you’ll hear about what’s coming up, along with thoughts and resources from me between events.
I also collaborate with women’s communities, organizations, retreats and events to create live experiences for their audiences.
If you’re planning something and think my work might be a fit, I’d love to hear what you have in mind.
Both. I offer online and in-person workshops, retreats and collaborations. The format depends on the experience, and you’ll always find the location or online details in the individual event information.
No. You don’t need previous experience with meditation, breathwork, movement or anything else we might explore. If I include a practice, I’ll guide you through it and give you the information you need to participate.
No. I might invite you into conversation, reflection or a particular practice, but you don’t have to share something you want to keep private or participate in something that doesn’t feel right for you. You’re allowed to notice what you need and make choices for yourself while you’re there.
Absolutely. You don’t need to know anyone else who is attending. There will be space to connect with other women as part of the experience, and there will also be room for your own reflection.
That depends on the experience. After you register, you’ll receive the practical information you need, including what to bring, what to wear, how to join or get there, and anything you should know beforehand.
Some experiences may include breathwork, movement, sauna, cold plunge or other activities that aren’t appropriate for everyone. I’ll provide relevant information for each experience so you can make an informed choice about participating. If you have a medical condition or aren’t sure whether an activity is appropriate for you, please check with your healthcare provider.
