Our women's circle structure

We host monthly women's circles at our serene location near Port Hope, ON. These gatherings run from 10 AM to 1 PM and include meditation, discussion, and a communal meal. If you’re looking for a more personalised experience, we also offer private circles that can be tailored to your group’s needs and held at a location of your choice.

  • Bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to share and listen. Comfortable clothing and a journal for notes are also recommended.

  • No prior experience is necessary. Our women's circles are designed to be accessible for everyone, regardless of their familiarity with meditation or mindfulness practices.

  • Absolutely. While sharing is encouraged, it's not mandatory. You can participate at your own comfort level and still gain a lot from the experience.
