A former social worker who turned her passion for wellness into a full-time gig. With a Masterβs in Social Work from Yeshiva University and certifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation, Ruth combines her professional expertise with a deep love for holistic health.
